Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy using department protocols to ensure quality specimens.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and Directly/via telephone.
• Prioritize test orders and ensure specimen handling for timely results.
• Prepare specimens for transport to other facilities as needed.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in handling situations not covered by instructions.
• Follow hospital safety and infection control procedures; perform WAIVD testing under supervision.
