HealthPartners is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The role covers specimen collection, phlebotomy, reception duties, and support for ordering, scheduling, billing, and processing of laboratory tests.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and solid organizational skills to manage time-sensitive requests while ensuring accurate specimen handling across hospital and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of laboratory services including specimen collection and phlebotomy.
• Perform client service and reception desk duties, ordering/scheduling/billing functions.
• Handle laboratory testing, processing, and dispatching of specimens.
• Ensure efficiency and workflow management; serve as a resource for questions from hospital and clinic staff regarding specimen handling and processing.
