Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine laboratory procedures within established guidelines.
• Verifies patient identification and appropriate collection methods.
• Collects samples via venipuncture or capillary puncture and labels specimens.
• Performs waived testing and supports lab workflows and clerical duties.
• Stocks supplies and maintains clean, safe work areas.
• Participates in training of staff and students as needed.
