Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models the Head + Heart values and provides feedback to staff.
• Acts as PNHS customer liaison for the Laboratory and champions service.
• Communicates effectively with lab teams via email and meetings.
• Reports issues to Supervisors and Team Leads daily.
• Completes mandatory PNHS training and lab competency testing.
• Participates in performance appraisals using the electronic system.
• Drives to patient or client locations as needed.
• Performs QC, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting to ensure instrument accuracy.
• Performs a limited menu of moderate laboratory tests and proficiency testing.
• Documents and communicates critical results per policy.
