Job summary

BioLife Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life and commitments.

You will greet donors, perform screenings, and record vital signs while contributing to a high-quality plasma program. Day-1 benefits are provided, with on-demand pay and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety and records.
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate approved process changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
