LabCorp in Somerset, Kentucky is seeking a Phlebotomist - Part Time to join our team. The role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods, specimen processing, data entry, and providing excellent patient service in a client office setting.

Flexibility to travel to additional sites is required. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of phlebotomy experience; a certification or completed training program from an accredited agency is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites if required.
