• Collect blood samples by appropriate method for patients across all ages, following safety and infection control procedures.
• Accession specimens into the Laboratory Information System and record pertinent data for physician interpretation.
• Identify patients and specimens accurately from collection to release of results.
• Investigate, document and follow up on customer concerns with prompt, polite service.
