Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support role in our Wisconsin center. You’ll interact with donors daily, conduct screenings, and assist with phlebotomy to support plasma collection operations.

The role requires reliability, flexibility for 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, and occasional lifting. Training is provided to ensure safety and quality in donor interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while prioritizing donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes per approved procedures.
• Support donors with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
