Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is offering truly part-time roles with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week to fit your life. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support plasma center operations while prioritizing safety and customer service.

As a part-time team member, you can expect flexibility in schedule, advance notice of changes, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Phlebotomy or donor screener experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong reliability and ability to follow approved procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
