BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support at our Belton, MO center. You will answer phones, greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation to help keep operations smooth.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with paid interactive training to start strong. This role emphasizes safety, quality and compassionate customer service as essential to our mission to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment from a distance.
• Due to bloodborne pathogen exposure risk, 90% of tasks require glove use.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest improvements using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
