Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support for our Belton, MO center. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid interactive training.

You will greet donors, screen and collect basic donation data, perform phlebotomy, maintain donor records, and support center operations under the Plasma Center Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
