Job summary

Takeda seeks a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support BioLife plasma center operations in Saint Peters, MO. You will interact with donors, perform screening and phlebotomy, and maintain records in the Donor Information System while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with training provided to start strong and contribute to patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and tolerate glove use due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate center-process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
