Job summary

BioLife in Belton, MO is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener role. Shifts 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays, with paid, interactive training. You will answer phones, greet donors, record vital signs, screen new and repeat donors, and maintain donor charts in our information system.

• Must have customer-facing experience or patient-facing experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vitals and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shift times, including weekends and holidays.
