Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited across BioLife plasma donation centers seeks a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will engage donors, perform screenings, and ensure safety while supporting center operations.

The role requires flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify operational improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
