You will greet donors, screen, collect donor information, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation, while prioritizing safety and service. High school diploma required; evenings, weekends, and holidays available; lifting up to 50 lbs; prior customer-facing experience

• 1+ years in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
