Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
