Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors on entry and exit to the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor measures and input data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors and compensate using the Debit Card system.
