Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Sioux City is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our team. You will contribute by performing phlebotomy, donor screening, and maintaining donor care with a focus on safety and quality.

We offer paid, interactive training and a schedule that fits your life, with most shifts between 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist on the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Monitor donors and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
