Job summary

Takeda is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist in Riverside, CA. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and support center operations through phlebotomy and donor screening.

Responsibilities include donor interactions, vital signs, and maintaining accurate records across shifts, including weekends and holidays. A relevant California license is required and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT license in California.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
