Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Riverside, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, with schedule changes communicated in advance.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and coordinate donor information. You’ll begin with paid, interactive training and join a team dedicated to safety and patient care, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certification as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors while maintaining safety.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain donor records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
