Takeda, in partnership with BioLife, seeks a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support plasma center operations in Moreno Valley, CA. Expect phlebotomy duties, donor screening, and data entry using the Donor Information System during shifts of 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week.

The role requires existing CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certification in CA, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent customer service and reliability. Training is provided and weekend/holiday availability is needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold CPT1, CPT2, CLS or MLT certification in CA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
