BioLife is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist in Onalaska, WI. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture and manage plasmapheresis equipment, monitoring donors and recording data in our system. The role supports process improvements and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will participate in a paid training program and join a dedicated team focused on safe, reliable donor care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Basic patient/customer interaction expected.
• Experience in a healthcare or donor-facing role is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform venipuncture with care.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into DIS.
• Coordinate donors to floors and compensate using Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvement initiatives including 5S and Kaizen.
