Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Wisconsin (Onalaska) to welcome donors, perform venipuncture, and support plasmapheresis operations. You will monitor donors, set up equipment, and assist with process improvements while maintaining high-quality patient service.

The role offers a 4–6 hour shift, 3+ days per week, with training and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is helpful.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow on the floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and respond to reactions.
• Set up and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Coordinate donor flow and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Assist with center process improvements and Kaizen.
