BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Onalaska, WI. Shifts run 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, with paid training to help you start strong and fit your life. You will contribute to high-quality plasma collection and patient service within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment as trained.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the system.
• Coordinate donors to the floor and process donor compensation.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
