BioLife Plasma Services in Onalaska, WI seeks a part-time Phlebotomist to support plasma collection through donor screening, venipuncture, and plasmapheresis operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and help ensure safety and quality in every donation.

Expect a schedule of 4-6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with paid training and opportunities to gain experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; occasional heavier lifts.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Mansioni

• Greet donors and direct them to the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and respond to reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Record donor measurements in the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and manage debit-card compensation.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements (5S, Kaizen).
