Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns.
• Assists with medication pickups and provides information about services.
• Inputs data into practice management software and handles billing.
• Supports retail sales and maintains records; handles cash at end of day.
