You'll collaborate with clinicians to ensure a smooth client flow, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Animal experience required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and resolves concerns.
• Handles inquiries about services and products; assists with medication pickups.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
• Assists with retail sales and maintains records; reconciles cash drawer and end-of-day tasks.
