Private Individual is seeking a reliable Part-Time Personal Assistant in Austin, TX to support the principal with a variety of personal projects. This hands-on, in-person role includes some remote research and project work as needed, with errands around town and coordination with the Head of Operations.

You’ll manage household logistics, vehicle duties, scheduling, and discreet handling of confidential matters.

Qualifications

• Need dependable, proactive and organized individual.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to handle confidential personal matters discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Run errands around Austin: pickups, drop-offs, returns, supplies, and day-to-day needs.
• Manage and support household vehicles: fuel, washes, service appointments, inspections, registrations, and coordinating repairs.
• Help organize and keep track of personal projects, storage, and household logistics.
• Handle remote research and project-based tasks when in-person support isn’t needed.
• Coordinate day to day with Head of Operations.
