Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve Granbury, TX, providing home-based pediatric PT services. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families and care teams to support each child’s growth and goals.

Responsibilities include conducting standard evaluations, developing home exercise programs, and ensuring charting and compliance with agency policies, while traveling between patient visits in the Granbury area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (PCS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly patient visit quotas as required.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork.
• Engage with agency personnel to ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow all agency policies and applicable home-health laws.
