THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve Granbury, TX, providing home-based pediatric PT services. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families and care teams to support each child’s growth and goals.

Responsibilities include conducting standard evaluations, developing home exercise programs, and ensuring charting and compliance with agency policies, while traveling between patient visits in the Granbury area.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (PCS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
