THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for part-time/PRN work in Keller and North Richland Hills, TX. You will evaluate children, develop and implement home-based treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
