Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist/PTA to provide home-based pediatric therapy in Garland, TX. You will evaluate children, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with families and other clinicians to support each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain chart updates.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and home-health regulations.
