Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support children in the Stamford area. You will provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA, participate in team meetings, and collaborate with families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and families.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Current enrollment in or successful completion of related undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, or education.
• Experience using ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA's educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, giving debriefs and at-home resources.
• Collect data daily and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
