Achieve Beyond is seeking a part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technician to support pediatric ABA services in the Greenwich/Stamford area. You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision, collect daily data, and communicate with families to promote consistency across home and community settings.

The role requires RBT certification, 1–2 years of relevant experience with children, and enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology or related field.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families.
• 1–2 years experience with children aged 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• ABA experience preferred; BACB RBT certification required.
• Holds RBT certification from BACB.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
