Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support children with developmental needs in the Brooklyn area. Therapists provide direct ABA instruction under the Board Certified Behavior Analyst and work with a collaborative team to support families at home, in clinics, and in the community.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience with special needs children or current enrollment in a related program, plus completion of our

Qualifications

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on cases.
• Communicate with families and provide resources for home/community use.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily data and organize program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
• Travel to assigned cases including home visits and clinics.
