Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks passionate pediatric behavior therapists to join our Essex County teams on a part-time, hourly basis. You will deliver direct ABA instruction under a BCBA's educational plan, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality services for children aged 2–21 at home, school, or clinic settings.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be self-motivated and excellent communicators, and complete Achieve Beyond's 20-hour training

• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA's educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members with debriefs and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child's program book weekly.
