Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time paraprofessionals to provide direct ABA instruction in the Greenwich/Stamford area. Work hours include weekday afternoons and weekends, with a starting hourly rate of $20–$25.

You will participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists, communicate with families, and collect daily data while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in supervised settings or current enrollment in related programs.
• Experience with ABA is preferred and 30-hour training/completion is required.
• Must demonstrate communication skills with children, families and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Therapists.
• Communicate with family members, provide resources and strategies for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
