Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in the New York area is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction to children ages 2-21 in home, clinic, or community settings. Responsibilities include collaborating with BCBA, debriefing families, collecting daily data, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in trainings.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience with special needs and current enrollment or completion of relevant program;

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children (ages 2–21) in supervised setting.
• Current enrollment in or completion of a relevant undergraduate/graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and provide home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and update the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
