Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapists to support children with developmental disabilities. You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in home, clinic, and community settings.

The role emphasizes family communication, ongoing training, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Completion of or enrollment in a related degree program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with families by providing debriefs and resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state and federal regulations.
