Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Brooklyn seeks part-time Behavior Therapists to deliver direct ABA instruction across home, clinic and community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services for children.

The role emphasizes working with children aged 2–21, collecting daily data, and communicating with families to promote consistency while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• Experience with special needs children is preferred.
• Successful completion of 20 hour classroom training and competency exam is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
