Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support ABA services across Brooklyn. You will provide direct ABA instruction, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and therapy team to implement session plans in home, clinic, or community settings.

The role requires at least 2 years working with special needs children or enrollment in a relevant program, strong communication with families, and a patient, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with special needs children (ages 2–21) in supervised setting preferred.
• Successful completion of 20-hour classroom training and competency exam after onboarding (per program).
• Experience using ABA techniques and data-driven approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families, provide debriefs, and share home/community resources and strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
