Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll tax regulations preferred.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review and verify payroll data including hours, earnings, deductions, and bonuses.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in the payroll system.
• Calculate and process garnishments and other withholdings.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before finalizing payroll.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and payroll regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and other departments for data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
• Assist with payroll audits and process improvements.
• Perform additional payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
