Responsibilities

• Manage the financial affairs of individuals receiving representative payee services.
• Monitor and maintain client financial accounts; process payments online and/or prepare checks.
• Enter and maintain client financial transactions in QuickBooks, including monthly bills and expenditures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and communicate with Lead Representative Payee regarding clients' financial needs.
