Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely bill payments and monitoring balances.
• Develop personal budgets and ensure proper utilization of funds.
• Maintain compliance with financial limits and explore trusts or spenddowns.
• Provide financial documentation for clients, guardians, and relevant agencies.
• Handle Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, and Medicare applications, updates, and reviews.
• Submit required reports and earnings information for employed clients.
• Gather tax documents and coordinate tax preparation.
• Manage funeral trusts and special needs trust accounts, including contributions and disbursements.
• Complete applications and maintain records of energy assistance programs.
