FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help with merchandise displays while earning hourly pay plus commission.

The role offers 14.00 to 18.00 per hour, with an earnings potential from commission and additional benefits through FirstCash programs. Flexible scheduling is available across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards and assists customers.
