Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide, including Fort Worth. The role combines customer sales, loans, and merchandise handling with a commission opportunity based on productivity.

Pay ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour, plus potential commissions and earned wage access benefits. Ability to handle cash, operate POS systems, and work flexible hours including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and general office machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as required.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized; maintain merchandise displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to policies and regulations.
• Answer calls per company standards and communicate legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver excellent service and problem resolution.
• Complete required training and adhere to compliance and arbitration policies.
• Support other duties as needed.
