Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a base wage of $10.00 to $13.00 per hour, plus a commission program that pays up to 8% on transactions. Earned Wage Access and 401(k) eligibility after six months are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to work flexible retail hours.
• Ability to work in multiple locations and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; process sales and loan transactions.
• Open/close procedures and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Explain pawn and buy transactions; handle cash per policy.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution; teamwork.
