Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to support both lending and retail operations across store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise displays while delivering excellent service.

Earned Wage Access is available, with a commission structure that pays for productivity. This role may require firearms familiarity and a flexible schedule, including weekends, in a fast-paced pawn shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and display merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training.
