Job summary

Cash America Pawn seeks entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join its nationwide stores. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help maintain organized displays.

The role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Earned Wage Access is available on day two of employment, with 401(k) enrollment after six months and employee discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
