Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn stores nationwide. The role involves greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Earn a base hourly wage of $14.00 to $17.00 with potential commissions based on productivity. Flexible hours, with some stores closing earlier on Sundays, and benefits like earned wage access and 401(k) program after six months are included.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and negotiables.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and continue development.
• Other related duties as assigned.
